How it works

A scheduled job visits both sites around the clock, so a new listing is spotted within minutes of going live.

Rent, size, rooms, move-in date, postal code, neighbourhood and furnishing — combine them into named alerts.

The first run just records what is already out there. You are only emailed about listings that appear afterwards.

Listings are de-duplicated, normalised into the same shape and kept up to date — including when a home is reserved, rented or pulled from the site.
